1. 2005 - 2010: Laying Early Ideological Foundations
Mr. Chandra Reddy initiated public discourse on social justice and equality, focusing on the limitations of India’s caste-based reservation systems. His advocacy for economic-based affirmative action laid the groundwork for the Social Neutrality theory, aspiring towards an inclusive society beyond identity-based divisions.


2. 2012 - 2017: Advocacy and Institutional Challenges
Reddy faced increasing scrutiny and isolation due to his reformist stance. These experiences enhanced his understanding of institutional dynamics and underscored the imperative for ethical governance in educational and societal realms.


3. January 2015: Academic Milestone
Successfully clearing the UGC-NET examination marked a significant academic achievement for Reddy, reinforcing his commitment to meritocracy and the importance of transparent educational systems.
 

4.  2017 - 2019: PhD Journey and Policy Alignment
India’s introduction of a 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Sections mirrored Reddy’s advocacy for economic-based affirmative action. Despite the alignment, he encountered personal and academic challenges attributed to his reform efforts.

5. May - June 2019: Institutional Observations
Reddy observed significant changes in academic procedures at IIT Roorkee, especially in PhD guidelines, interpreting these as indicative of broader institutional resistance to dissent and reform.


6. 2021 - 2022: Ethical and Technological Concerns
Reddy lodged formal complaints with national bodies, including the Supreme Court’s Pegasus Committee, highlighting issues of surveillance, privacy violations, and technology misuse, which underscored the need for robust ethical standards.
 

7. 2022: Academic Transition
Before termination of his PhD candidacy due to a controversial mental health fitness certificate requirement, amidst of many other circumstances Reddy shifted focus to developing a comprehensive philosophical framework for societal transformation.


8. Late 2022 - Early 2023: Formation of the Social Neutrality Theory
Reddy formalized the Social Neutrality theory, proposing a novel spiritual and ethical framework that integrates best practices from world religions, while discarding divisive or outdated elements.


9. August 2023: Official Concept Launch
Via a large-scale email campaign, Reddy launched the Humanity concept, presenting it as a corporate-style spiritual movement based on transparency, continuous improvement, and global citizenship ideals.
 

10. April 2024: Global Outreach
Conceptual reports were shared with international and national institutions, including the United Nations and Indian government bodies, outlining aspirations for ethical governance, mental health protections, and inclusive spiritual development.
 

11. May 2024: Collaboration with Global Innovators
Reddy engaged with global innovators, such as Elon Musk, seeking investment and strategic support to advance the Humanity initiative and emphasising its synergy with the values of technological visionaries.

12. March - July 2025: Institutional Engagement
Petitions were submitted to various civic and legal institutions, including President of India, Supreme Court of India, Chief Secretary Telangana, High Court for the State of Telangana, District Magistrates and human rights commissions, seeking formal recognition and support for the Humanity initiative and its reforms.
 

13. August 2025: Consolidated Reporting

The comprehensive Bharat_VCR_Report_2025.PDF, spanning 509 pages, was published, consolidating Reddy’s philosophical vision, grievances, and reform proposals.
 

14. Post - August 2025: Website Launch and Team Building
The official website, humanityreligion.net, was launched to provide access to the movement’s timeline, foundational documents, and tools for community engagement, thereby fostering global participation and collaboration.
